Sea salt from the Oosterschelde

Salt has been harvested from the sea in Zeeland since Roman times. Zeeuwsche Zoute brings this centuries-old tradition back to life: artisanal sea salt from the clear waters of the Oosterschelde (Eastern Scheldt) near Bruinisse, naturally filtered by sandbanks and oyster and mussel beds.
